The hotel's location was convenient for my business trip, with easy access to nearby shopping malls and the industrial area. The staff was kind and helpful, providing good service during my stay. The room itself was large, well-equipped, and nicely designed, offering a comfortable and pleasant environment.
The maintenance seemed to be lacking, as there were some issues with the air conditioning system, resulting in a terribly hot temperature in the room. This made it difficult to sleep and forced me to keep the windows open, leading to noise from the street.

Easy to access. Parking lot. Big rooms.
Check in and out waiting time; SPA - We called upon arrival to ask if Swimming suits were available to buy. The answer was yes. When we came to the SPA the day after. No Swimming suites were available. We arrived at 10:55 for breakfast. Everything was closed. We asked for orange juice, coffee and the staff can't help make you feel the request was bothering them even though they porvide us with orange juices, coffees and 6 "small" croissants and pains au chocolat, so not the full breakfast menu even though we were fully charged with breakfast fees. Finally, the sheets were stained at head level. I only noticed that when we came back from the wedding, around 4 am.. The glasses in the room were also dirty.

I stayed at Residhome Suites for a business trip for a few nights. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to the highway and a shopping district nearby. The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious, more like an apartment, and it had recently been renovated. The room was soundproof and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the spa was clean and accessible. a great experience for business travelers.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

This is a new modern beautiful designed hotel. I particularly liked how quiet it is, and the size of our family room was fantastic.
we had to ask to have our room cleaned when we returned to it at 6pm as the only thing they had done was empty the bins. This was not acceptable. And we had to ask 3 times for the cotbed after our arrival, as our little one was very tired and ready for bed. There was no safety on the windows and it would be easy for either a child or an adult to jump.

This is the best Hotel in France i have seen so far. quite new, stylish and with a very friendly stall. The rooms are big and very nice designed
There is a gap between the bed and the wall and during the night the pillows fall down

Spacious room, well-stocked kitchenette, friendly staff, good location, near shops and restaurants, close to baseball field.

Excellent check in and rooms. Good parking facilities. All staff were attentive and very pleasant, wishing to help.
Food in the restaurant is very 'rich', but fairly priced. Would have liked towel hooks in bathrooms. Also, the shower could have been positioned better in the extremely large cubicle, instead of directly in front of opening door,

Very large room with top furniture, very large and comfortable bed, large screen TV, kitchen corner and very modern bathroom. An excellent deal in term of price and quality for such a room. Very convenient location for business trip to Paris south, very close to the highway and a large shopping center.
The maintenance of the hotel is quite poor, some durty carpets in the walkways to the rooms, some damaged equipments have not been repaired like in the bathroom, etc. A pity for such a nice and new building !

Spacious rooms with small kitchenette. Huge shower, separate toilet, and soft bed. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Great location near mall, bus stops, metro station, and restaurants. Family-friendly with second bedroom for children. Good parking and safe area for an evening stopover. Cold drinks available in kitchenette fridge.

We liked hotel design and room comfort mostly. As positive facts we can mention the location: close to shopping area and to the city of Fontainebleau as well. We couldn't try the outdoor pool due to unusual low temperature for second half of June.
1.No kitchen "tools" at all. Not even plates or glasses. The desk lady suggested that we should know the kitchen is not equipped. 2. Spa closes at 17:00 on Sundays to early in my opinion.

Situated in a convenient shopping district not far from the highway, this hotel is a great option for a business trip. The sleek and modern design of the rooms makes them stand out, while the clean and spacious bathrooms provide ample space to move around. The friendly and helpful staff are always on hand to ensure that all needs are met, and the breakfast buffet offers a decent range of options to start the day right.
Although the location is in a convenient shopping district, it may not be the best option for tourists wanting to explore the city, as it is on the far outskirts of Paris.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at teh restaurant was also very good. The bed was extrrmely comfortable. The room was very spacious.
It not really a complaint but an observation. For a new hotel, there were several finger marks on the interior doors of my room plus stains on the wall to the kitchenette where food had splashed and stained them. The paint on the doors was a matt finish and had easily absorbed the coffee or whatever had been splashed on them. Other than that, this was an excellent place to stay.
